FLAVOUR FROM THE LAND
For us, a walnut is a journey that begins on a branch and continues at the table. Our trees grow at high altitude, and we use natural spring water for irrigation. This land, this water and the care we give our trees are at the heart of Ceviz Vadisi’s story.
Alongside grafted Maraş 18 walnuts, our orchard grows local walnuts from different trees. We describe the characteristics of each type clearly, helping you choose according to the flavour you enjoy and your needs in the kitchen.
High altitude is part of our orchard’s natural identity. As our walnut trees take root in this setting, we give attention to every stage of their care. That is why the orchard comes first whenever we tell the story of our walnuts.
We use natural spring water to irrigate the walnut trees in our orchard. Water is an essential part of life for both the soil and the trees. This water from the spring is also central to the story of what we grow.

Maraş 18 stands out for its large nuts, thin shells and full, pale kernels. With its high oil content and kernels that separate easily from the shell, it is our orchard’s featured walnut variety.
